Now that we’ve had a few days to get settled in and take a breather, I wanted to take a few minutes to write to you about our experience working with you and A New Look Construction.  As new homeowners, we were very stressed and concerned coming into the process of remodeling.  If you remember, we were frantically searching for a contractor that we could trust for this size of job.  From the first moment that Jennifer and I met you, you put us at ease.  You came across very knowledgeable and professional.  The fact that you are licensed, bonded, had a professional team of people, uniforms, etc..…helped quite a bit.  So did your wonderful website with the pictures, estimates, and testimonials (which I'm writing one right now!).   

As you know, our job lasted a little over 3 months.  However, this was right in line with the estimates and time frames that you gave us from the beginning.  From the living room, to new bathrooms, ceilings, a new kitchen, entertainment centers, cabinet work, etc.. I can honestly say that every single time you promised us a price or a deadline, you and your team came through.   That is the first and most important thing that people look for in their general contractors, etc..  But those aren’t the reasons that compel me to write this note….it was all the extra things and all the late evenings and all the extra care that you put into our home.  I truly felt like you were building this home for yourself with the amount of time and care you put into it.   You and your team were at my house EVERY SINGLE WORKDAY for 3 months.  There was never a day where I wondered if you were there, or if things were getting done.  The effort and more importantly the positive attitude of you and your workers took so much stress away from me and my wife.  In fact, Jennifer and I would joke that you called me more than I would call you!   As you know, in every project there are going to be ups and downs and certain problems/issues that arise.  It was such a relief to hear you say every time.. ”don’t worry, we’ll take care of it”….and I knew you would.

Our old dark house is now a beautiful, bright new home and we are soooo happy.  It is also such a peace of mind knowing that even though you have been paid in full, you continue to call and check on us and offer to come by and fix any problems that should arise.  That is probably the third area that people worry about in a contractor.   Will he guarantee the work, will he be around after the job is complete?  And I can comfortably say that you will be.

You have become more than our contractor, we truly consider you a friend of the family.  I know for sure my daughter loves you and misses you too.  We look forward to seeing you often and spending more and more personal time together.  It is truly going to be our pleasure to be able to confidently refer to you anyone that we come across in need of a contractor.   Thanks again and see you soon,
